HIV Fusion Inhibitor
Sifuvirtide and another marketed HIV fusion inhibitor are both target the HIV fusion protein gp41. They block the fusion of viral envelope and membrane of host CD4 cells, which is the first and essential step of HIV infection.

HBV Inhibitor
FusoGen benefited from its experiences in the study of creatine kinase analogue and its substrate, and through the comparison of 3D structures of HIV reverse transcriptase and HBV polymerase, has finished the computer-assisted design of the latest generation of HBV inhibitors, FusoLin, which keeps all the advantages of Lamivudine, while reduces the possibility of drug resistance.

HCV Inhibitor
FusoGen by taking advantages of its advanced technology and benefited from its experiences in the development of patented therapeutics, has completed the computer-assisted design of an HCV inhibitor, FusoPin.
